To reset your password:

1. Open the app and tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email for a password reset link
4. Follow the link and create a new password

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at support@boudoirstudio.ca

You can delete your account directly from the app:

1. Open the app and log in
2. Go to Settings or Profile
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your choice

Please note: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including photos, appointments, and messages. This action cannot be undone.

You can contact the photographer through:

• In-App Messaging: Use the Messages feature in the app to send a direct message
• Email: Send an email to support@boudoirstudio.ca
• Appointments: Use the booking feature to schedule a consultation or photoshoot

The Boudoir Studio Canada app is currently available for:

• iOS: iPhone and iPad running iOS 15.0 or later
• Web: Access your account through any modern web browser at www.boudoirstudio.ca

Yes! We take your privacy and security seriously:

• All data is stored on secure servers in Canada
• Connections are encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS
• Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text
• We do not share your data with third parties

To book a photoshoot appointment:

1. Open the app and log in
2. Navigate to the Appointments section
3. Select your preferred date and time
4. Add any notes or special requests
5. Submit your booking request

You'll receive a confirmation once your appointment is approved.

Your photos are available in the Gallery section of the app. Once your photoshoot is complete and your photos are ready, you'll receive a notification. You can then:

• View all your photos in the Gallery
• Mark favorites with a heart icon
• Download photos to your device
